Joyce Harding worked on the corporate side of the real estate industry before becoming licensed in 1992. Her last corporate position was Vice President for a Fortune 50 company headquartered in Chicago. After 12 years working in commercial real estate firms, she founded Paramount Commercial Properties with Michael Markowitz. Joyce has established her expertise by working solely in the commercial real estate market specializing in the far northwest suburban area.

Michael Markowitz has been active in the real estate industry since 1976. A seasoned veteran, he has worked in several national real estate firms before founding Paramount Commercial Properties with Joyce Harding. Mike holds numerous awards in the real estate industry and is recognized as a leader in the far northwest suburban real estate market area. Active in many local organizations, he is the former President of the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce.
